Cha Gio Trai Cay – Fruit Spring Roll with Chili Sauce
This is another fairly new street food available. It’s usually filled with Dragon Fruit, Strawberries, and Mango. It’s rolled up battered and rolled in japanese bread crumbs. It’s served with chili sauce, which is a little strange but it’s the same idea of serving chili salt with fresh fruit.
