When you order Ban Can you usually get a choice of toppings including, Quail Egg, Chicken Egg, Squid, Beef, Pork, Shrimp or a mixed plate. In Saigon these will usually be served with salad and herbs for wrapping and dipping. In Dalat these will be served as is and meant to be dunked into the sauce. Ban Can usually comes with at least 2 different kinds of sauces and is super healthy since there is no added fat used in cooking.
