The Indescribable (Mì Quảng)

Mì Quảng is served in so may different ways it’s hard to describe it exactly.  It’s roots are from the Quảng Ngãi province.  The broth is made from pork bones.  Mì Quảng is served with a thick wheat noodle, it’s usually yellow but sometimes it’s white or a brownish pink.  Sometimes there is alot of broth and sometimes it just a shallow puddle at the bottom.  In all it’s confusion this is a great soup, in my top 3
